Most orders are produced on a fast turnaround once your proof is approved. Timing depends on quantity and decoration type, but we always give you a clear date up front — and if you have a hard deadline, tell us and we'll work to it.
Do you have a minimum order?
We're built for teams and organizations, so we're flexible on quantity. Whether it's a small staff order or a large team run, reach out and we'll give you a quote that fits.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
High-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI or EPS work best. Not sure if your file is good enough? Send what you have — we'll review it and let you know before anything is printed.
Can I get different sizes in one order?
Absolutely. Just tell us your size breakdown in the order notes (for example 5S / 10M / 8L / 2XL) and we'll match it exactly.
